1. Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Wire Transfer (requires a valid business bank account)
- Banker’s Cheque (available for approved local customers only)
- Western Union
- MoneyGram
- Xoom
- Other hassle-free payment services
2. Currency:
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars), unless otherwise stated.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design and color. Single-piece orders are not available.
4. Pricing and Quotes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any customer quote provided will remain valid for 30 days.
5. Sample and Design Approval:
A sample will be created for your review and approval before production. Production will only begin once the sample is approved. A non-refundable advance payment is required for all samples.
6. Payment Schedule:
- A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before production starts.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the order, but prior to shipment.
- Alternative payment terms may be negotiated for established customers with a proven payment history.
7. Payment Due Date:
- The deposit is due within 15 days of the deposit invoice date.
- The balance payment is due within 15 days of the final invoice date.
8. Late Payment:
Late payments may delay future orders’ production and delivery schedules. Timely payments are critical to ensure smooth processing and shipment.
9. Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled without penalty within three days of placement.
- Cancellations after production has begun may incur additional charges.
10. Delivery and Shipping:
- Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.
- We aim to ensure secure and timely delivery of your products. If you have specific shipping preferences, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
11. Taxes and Duties:
- All prices quoted exclude taxes and duties unless otherwise specified.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by their local authorities or customs agencies related to the purchase and import of products.
12. Credit Terms:
- We do not offer credit terms.
- Full payment is required according to the outlined payment schedule. No products will be provided on credit.
13. Returns and Refunds:
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued according to our Return Policy.
